• How much does construction cleanup cost in Tucson?

  It depends on how much debris there is, what it's made of and how far it sits from where we can park. Drywall, tile, concrete and roofing are heavy, so they cost more to haul than the same size pile of lumber. A lot of the time we can price it from photos.

• How do you estimate construction debris removal?

  We base the estimate on what the debris weighs, not just on how big the pile looks, because the dump charges by weight. We've been estimating heavy construction debris for years, so our estimates are built on what it actually costs to dump.

• Can you clean up during the job, not just at the end?

  Yes. Call us each time the site needs clearing, or set up regular pickups, weekly or at each phase of the job. We work with contractors, builders and homeowners.

• Do you haul roofing and tile?

  Yes. We haul old shingles, underlayment, roof tile, and floor or wall tile from a remodeling job.

• Can you take concrete?

  Yes. We haul broken concrete, and if it's still in the ground, like a slab, a patio or a sidewalk, we break it out and haul it off too.

• How soon can you come out?

  We can usually be there within 1 to 3 days of your call, and sometimes the same day.

• Do I need to be there?

  No. If we can get onto the site, we can do the work while you're on another job.

• What areas do you serve?

  We serve Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Picture Rocks, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. If you're within 10 to 20 miles of city limits, chances are we can do it. For larger jobs, we'll go farther, out to Benson, Sierra Vista, Hereford and Willcox.

• What can't you take?

  We can't take chemicals, fuel, batteries or propane tanks. We do take leftover job site paint for a hazardous waste disposal fee. If you're not sure about something, send a photo and ask.
