    A trash out is clearing out everything left behind in a foreclosed or vacant house, including furniture, belongings, trash and debris, inside and out, so the property can be repaired or listed.

  • How much does a trash out cost in Tucson?

    Trash outs are usually priced by the cubic yard, and we generally come in under common mortgage approval rates for debris removal.

  • What's included in a foreclosure cleanup?

    A foreclosure cleanup removes everything left in the house, the garage and the yard, including furniture, personal belongings, appliances, trash and debris. If the yard needs work before the property can be listed, we offer landscaping services as well.

  • How soon can you start a trash out?

    We can usually start within 1 to 3 days of your call, and sometimes the same day.

  • Do you provide before and after photos?

    Yes, we provide before and after photos on request. Let us know when you schedule the job, and we will take them.

  • Do you need someone on site?

    No. Give us access, and we'll take it from there.

  • Who hires you for trash outs?

    We do trash outs for banks and lenders, asset managers, property preservation companies, real estate agents, investors who bought a foreclosure, and landlords and property managers after a tenant moves out or is evicted.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Picture Rocks, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. If you're within 10 to 20 miles of city limits, chances are we can do it. For larger jobs, we'll go farther, out to Benson, Sierra Vista, Hereford and Willcox.

  • What can't you take?

    We can't take paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries or propane tanks. If you're not sure about something, send a photo and ask.

I'm very satisfied with Grunt Work's performance on cleaning up our yard to get it ready to sell our home. I got the estimate on a Monday and work started on Wednesday. They were on time, quick and efficient. It was a big job hauling years worth of landscape debris, old piles of wood covered in packrat droppings/cactus, cutting back desert broom, and hauling away miscellaneous outdoor furniture and junk. I used to do the same type of work and understand how tuff the job is and they got it done right without cutting corners. If I was still in the same business I would want to work with employees like Jamie and Alex. Too bad we are moving out of state, we would have definitely worked with them again.

So it went down like this: contacted Gruntwork on Saturday afternoon. Brad contacted me within an hour and came out first thing Monday morning for a bid. Gave an excellent bid for a large yard clean up and scheduled for the next day. The next morning Jamie and a young helper arrived and got it done. Excellent work, fair price, and fast and efficient! Highly recommend.
