  • How much does property cleanup cost in Tucson?

    It depends on how much is there, what it weighs, how spread out it is and the drive. We can usually price a yard over the phone from photos. For acreage, we walk the property first.

  • I got a cleanup notice from the county, the city or my HOA. Can you meet the deadline?

    We work to the date on the notice, and we've worked county cleanup mandates before. Send us the notice, the address and a few photos.

  • How big a job can you take on?

    We take on anything from a few things in a back yard to 400 cubic yards of junk and debris spread across several acres.

  • What's the difference between property cleanup and land clearing?

    Property cleanup is the junk, trash and debris. Land clearing is the brush, dead trees and cactus, usually with a machine. A lot of properties need both, and we do both.

  • Do you clean up homeless camps?

    Yes, we handle it from start to finish. We post the signs, work with the police department responsible for that area, and then remove everything left behind and haul it off. We've done it many times, in a lot of different locations, including a couple dozen camps on a single 100 acre property.

  • How soon can you start?

    We can usually start within 1 to 3 days of your call, and sometimes the same day.

  • Do I need to be there?

    No. If we can get onto the property, we can do the work while you're at work or out of town.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Picture Rocks, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. If you're within 10 to 20 miles of city limits, chances are we can do it. For larger jobs, we'll go farther, out to Benson, Sierra Vista, Hereford and Willcox.

  • What can't you take?

    We can't take paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries or propane tanks. If you're not sure about something, send a photo and ask.

We recently purchased property and needed a clean up of years of discarded furniture and debris that the previous owners had just tossed along our property line. Brad from Grunt- Work responded promptly to my inquiry and came out to give an estimate. The crew showed up and did a spectacular job, hauling away 5 trailer loads of trash and debris, even working through lunch to get the job accomplished in one day.
